When getting an account for an unknown path automagically create the new account object

Set the RequestedPresence when creating a new command

When we create a new account set the initial value of RequestedPresence to the
global requested presence, but don't enable it by default. This will cause its
requested presence to always be in sync with the rest of empathy.

Only set the current global requested on the initial set of accounts

Stop setting the presence automagically when an account gets enabled or becomes
ready, in both cases this account might be created or be enabled by some other
UI and that UI should make the decisions about it's requested presence.

Add a function to get the requested global presence from the account manager

empathy-contact-list-view.h: include empathy-enum-types.h

Python bindings need to use EMPATHY_TYPE_CONTACT_LIST_FLAGS which is

Turn reduced accuracy mode by default

There is a 10 seconds delay before any information is sent
when enabling location publishing.  Still, enabling the
privacy mode by default can only make sure that precise
location is never sent for people who want privacy.

empathy-connectivity: only send the new state in the state-change signal

It can be assumed that the old state was always the opposite to the
new state, because the signal is only ever fired if the new state
differs from the old state.

Cache the icon inside EmpathyAccountSettings

At some point we should set the Icon property in the account manager,
for now just cache it in the settings so we can pass it by reference
instead of needing to dup it as that's the API we want to have in the future

Don't automagically remove invalid accounts

Automagic removal is slightly terrifying, if the user succeeded in creating the
account it must have been valid at some point. So leave it there, the UI should
indicate that there is a problem with the account so that the user can fix it
instead.

empathy-connectivity: handle changes in use_conn correctly

This is so that the presence chooser can get notified if use_conn
turns to false, and NM still reports us as offline, so it can become
sensitive again.

Don't assume that 'subscribe' exists.

This fixes bug #591468, which is a crash when you open a tab to a
contact from the user list in an IRC channel. Idle doesn't have a
'subscribe' list, so priv->subscribe is NULL, so this crashed. But if
you don't have a subscribe list, obviously you can't add the contact to
subscribe, so we can just guard this appropriately.

Don't check for smileys in urls

Moving the smiley detection after the url detection and
only if not url is found. (similar to what regular themes
do)
